Shipping Times:

Due to the recent COVID-19 events the shipping of our orders have been delayed. For all orders we estimate that your order may take up to 30 days to process and be shipped. Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 2~6 days depending on the shipping country.

        Returns & Refunds

        ORDER CANCELLATION

        You have 24 hours to cancel your order OR change your shipping address from the time the order was placed. Once the 24 hours pass, you can not cancel the order for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

        • Shipping delays
        • Change of address

        OUR 30-DAY EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE

        Incense Falls guarantees that any item bought from us can be refunded or replaced with a 30-day, post-purchase money back guarantees upon receivng your package according to the following return table.

        Please note that Incense Falls covers shipping costs for returns due to damaged or defective goods only. For all other reasons, the customer will need to return the goods to our warehouse and cover charges for transport. Please refer to "REFUSE PACKAGE" below for further instructions.

        Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

        ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS

        Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

        Damaged

        The product is damaged in delivery

        Defective

        The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification

        Incorrect/wrong item

        Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)

        Missing items/parts

        Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging

        Website error

        The product does not match website specifications, description (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)


        REFUSE PACKAGE

        To return the package for any other reason that is not covered above where you don’t have to pay for the return shipping cost, follow these instructions:

        1. Email us at support@incensefalls.com letting us know that you're refusing your package. Please be sure to include your name & order number.
        2. Do not open the package.
        3. Write REFUSED in big letters on the box.
        4. Drop the package off at your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx & be sure to get the tracking number.
        5. Upon receiving the unopened package, we will issue a full refund.

        ***We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.***

        If you immediately do not want your Incense Falls order upon receiving it, follow the above instructions.

        Purchases that were made using a coupon code are final and are not subject to this return policy.

        CHANGE OF ADDRESS

        If you have a change of address it must be within 24 hours of when the order was placed. If you fall under this category, simply email us at support@incensefalls.com with the following information:

        • Email subject line: Change of address
        • Include in the email:
          • Your first & last name
          • Your order number (Can be found in your confirmation email)
          • Your updated address. Please do not include your outdated address to avoid confusion.

        RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

        Your item may not be returned after 30 calendar days based on the 30-DAY EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE

        Process for returning an item:

        1. Make sure it meets the criteria for a valid return.
        1. Send us a message at support@incensefalls.com indicating the intent to return the item. Please include the following in the email:
          1. Photo of the item
          2. Tags and labels attached

        We will send a response to assist you in processing the return of the purchased item.

        TIME FRAME FOR THE QUALITY EVALUATION PROCESS

        After we receive your package at our warehouse, the quality evaluation process will be completed within 48 to 72 hours but may be extended. Please be informed that for certain products, this process may take more time.

        TIME FRAME TO RECEIVE YOUR REPLACEMENT/REFUND

        Replacement option: Once the item has undergone the quality evaluation process, expect to receive the item within 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the tracking information of the returned item.

        How long is the shipping?

        Due to the recent COVID-19 events the shipping of our orders have been delayed. For all orders we estimate that your order may take up to 30 days to process and be shipped. Once shipped your package will be received within 3~4 days depending on shipping country. We sincerely apologize for the delays and are working diligently to resolve this issue.

        Please note that we will do everything in our power to honor your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Many factors will influence shipping times and the courier will ultimately be responsible for delivery. Please contact the courier directly with any questions you might have once your order has been shipped. Courier contact information is available in the tracking notification emails.

        When will you ship my items?

        Currently, all orders may take up to 30 days of processing with the current delays. In some case, if the products you order are more readily available, then your order would be processed in 4-5 days.

        How much is shipping to my country?

        Currently, shipping is only available to the U.S. 

        Unless explicitly noted, it will always be. If you're in a rush, please contact us at support@incensefalls.com and we'll send you the different Express Shipping quotes.

        Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

        We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes; however, most of our customers have reported having no issues with parcels being stuck at Customs. That being said, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
